The decision of the Byloom Online team is final in matters of return and refund. However, rest assured we are committed to having happy customers and will do everything we can to make shopping with us a satisfying experience. Utmost care has been taken to ensure accurate representation of product and we will try to accommodate requests, but would also have to keep the element slight irregularities that make handloom unique and special.

Following are the guidelines:

1. You need to get in touch within seven days of purchasing your item, if you wish to return the item. The Byloom Online team will immediately examine your request.

2.       In the event of Byloom Store agreeing to a return of product:

a.We can send you another piece of the same value or more and are happy to keep your credit for the same for up to 30 days.

b.Refund Request: Byloom Online will decide on whether we accept your request. If we do, we will refund the amount for the sari after  deducting the cost of courier
pick-up.

3. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick or a return procedure that is acceptable

4. The decision of the Byloom Online team remains final in all matters of return.
